PROBLEMS SENDING?

Those who have contacted me have had the same two problems, so please read this before emailing me. Thanks!

'Sorry, can't run it from here...'
In all cases I have encountered so far, the reason for this error is firewalls. Normally it works fine even though you use one, but in some rare cases it causes problems. (It probably has to do with the settings.) Try turning off the firewall before clicking 'send'. If it still isn't working, please email me and leave as many details as possible.

'Internal server error'
This error message means that the server is too busy (the postcard script uses a lot of its resources). When many people hit the send button simultaneously, the error might occur. Please use the browser's back button and try again. There's no need for you to email me about it, since I can see the problem in my stats, but if it becomes a bigger problem I might have to consider removing the postcard pages.

HOW CAN I GET A POSTCARD SERVICE SUCH AS YOURS?

I use a very nice script I found at BigNoseBird. It wasn't too hard to set up, but to use it you need to have your site hosted where you can run your own CGI scripts. You also need to have some knowledge of HTML. Unfortunately, I can't help with getting it going, because most of the problems that might occur are server specific, so you will need to contact your host. Good luck!

HOW MAY I USE YOUR CARDS?

The cards may only be used within this website. That is; they may not be downloaded and displayed elsewhere on the internet, be sent via email etc. If you want to keep a card someone sent to you, you may of course print it or store it on your own computer.

MAY I USE YOUR GRAPHICS FOR MY OWN POSTCARD SERVICE?

Sorry, that is not allowed. One of the reasons is that I don't allow any use of the graphics that competes with my own website. Thanks for understanding! :-)
